ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, August 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ms. Corporate America Florida, under the leadership of State President Philomena Moncoeur, is issuing this statement in response to a national recruitment announcement listing “Florida (North)” and “Florida (South)” among available states and territories.
Ms. Moncoeur remains the standing State President for Florida. She has not resigned, withdrawn, or relinquished the territory at any point. The Florida territory is subject to an existing agreement, and matters concerning that agreement are currently being addressed through legal counsel.
Ms. Corporate America Florida will not discuss the substance of those matters publicly. It is issuing this statement so that its titleholders, its community, and sponsors have accurate information regarding the territory’s status.
“We have paid our renewal fees. We have promoted this brand across Florida at our own expense. We have upheld obligations asked of us,” said Ms. Moncoeur. “Florida is not available. We are asking only that the agreement we signed be honored the same way we have honored it. If Corporate no longer intends to honor the existing agreement as written, then we are equally open to a good faith discussion regarding a fair and mutually agreed upon buyout that appropriately recognizes the investment, resources, relationships, and value we have built under the agreement.”
Ms. Corporate America Florida remains fully committed to supporting our reigning Queen and all of our titleholders who continue to embody the values of leadership, community service, and positive impact. We are proud to stand behind the women who use their platforms to serve their communities, inspire others, and create meaningful change.
