Gourmet All-Day Café Toastique Opening in Severna Park, Maryland on Sept. 19

The All-Day Modern Café Will Welcome the Community In with a Week of Special Offers

SEVERNA PARK, MD, UNITED STATES, September 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Toastique, the vibrant gourmet toast, juice and coffee bar conceptualized in Washington D.C., will officially open the doors to its brand-new location in Severna Park, Maryland on Saturday, Sept. 19. Nestled in the heart of the city inside Park Plaza, the store will mark the second in Anne Arundel County for the popular fast casual restaurant. Beginning at 8am on opening day, the first 100 people through the doors at the new store will receive $50 in Toastique reward dollars with any toast purchase. Those who aren’t the first 50 will still receive a free drip coffee or small juice (12oz) on tap with any $10+ purchase.

Severna Park – Toastique will be owned by local residents Allyson and Mo Jishi and follows the success of their first location in Annapolis, which opened in May 2024. Allyson will partner with her brother, Chris Deli, on in-store operations. Customers can look forward to a nutrition-packed menu featuring items like the brand’s innovative toasts in sweet and savory flavors such as Avocado Smash, Smoked Salmon and PB Crunch. Other menu favorites include handheld smoothies and smoothie bowls with superfood ingredients add-ons like granola and chia seeds along with cold-pressed juices, a selection of coffee creations, wellness shots, and a grab-and-go menu. All items are made from scratch, using local ingredients when possible, and void of artificial additives.

The new location in Severna Park will offer a convenient space that’s ideal for breakfast, lunch or brunch, whether dining solo or with friends. With nearby trails and other health-minded businesses within walking distance, the Jishis envision their store to be a space for the community with a come-as-you-are atmosphere. Since opening their other Toastique location two years ago, they have recognized the ongoing need for more nutritious food options in the community, expanding on the brand’s mission to make healthy eating approachable, accessible and enjoyable for all.
